About Me

Hi, I'm Karen Krüger.
I support people in understanding and working through what they're going through — emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

From an early age, I felt a deep desire to understand life — not only on a mental level, but emotionally and spiritually.

Growing up in a Catholic family, I was exposed to different forms of spiritual knowledge from childhood. This awakened in me a constant curiosity to explore what exists beyond what we can see.

Although I began studying more traditional paths such as architecture and international relations, I chose not to continue — as I became increasingly aware that my true calling was elsewhere, in the spiritual field.

My Journey

I have lived in Nicaragua, Belize, Sweden, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Guatemala. In each place, I encountered people, perspectives, and teachings that deeply enriched my understanding of life and the human experience.

I have also walked through intense personal experiences — particularly related to health, both my own and within my family — which led me to seek answers beyond conventional approaches.

These experiences opened the door to a deeper form of support: one that addresses not only the visible, but also the emotional, energetic, and systemic levels of our lives.

A Turning Point

Family Constellations, in particular, marked a turning point in my life.

They allowed me to see my story from a different perspective — to move away from old expectations and begin to relate to myself and my family from a more conscious place.

This inner shift transformed the way I live and relate to others.

Today, my work is rooted in that lived experience.

I support people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, confused, or disconnected — offering a safe space where they can understand what they are going through and begin to transform it.

My approach combines intuitive guidance with therapeutic and systemic work, always in a grounded, clear, and supportive way.

I deeply believe that real change happens when we begin to see clearly — and take our place from there.
