Family Constellation Session (1 - 1.5 hrs)

Family Constellations is a therapeutic instrument developed by the German Berth Hellinger, and has gained a lot of acknowledgement around the world. It is a therapeutic intervention used to gain insight and information into your family history, dynamics and possible dysfunctional patterns.

Family Constellations allows you to look at how events that occurred in past generations impact your life experience in the present. This is a highly effective phenomenological approach that you will experience on a deeply felt energetic level that can lead to long-term and often life changing results. It is most effective for those who can trust that solutions may be simple and happen in a short period of time- as if stepping from shadow into light.

In this session we will use representative figures to illustrate relations and patterns between you and those around you, living and deceased, in order to address any stressors impacting these relationships and heal them.
