Healing is useful if you feel you are stuck and generally not feeling well; have strong feelings of anger, shame or regret; want to understand memories and remember more about your childhood; if you keep repeating negative patterns.
In this therapy session, I will draw from my extensive knowledge of different methods and schools of practice and use what suits best to guide and help you forward in your spiritual knowledge and development. For example we could use techniques from tetahealing, healing by archetypes, access consciousness, chakra- and hemotherapy and pendulum healing.

I have visited a number of energy healers before and I must say Karen has unusual gifts in healing. Energy healing has been detoxifying both physically and emotionally for me, unearthing deep emotions and issues which were long buried. My sessions with Karen have been integral in my ongoing journey of growth and healing and increased self-awareness, including those aspects of myself which I avoided for so long. The distant sessions I have had have been incredibly powerful .
