Återbetalningspolicy

Thank you for booking a session with Karen Kruger Healing.

Because sessions involve dedicated time and energetic preparation, the following refund policy applies.

All healing sessions and consultations are considered service-based bookings.

Once a session has been completed, refunds cannot be issued.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded.

If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on our side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
