Sometimes the same patterns appear again and again — in relationships, family dynamics or the way you respond emotionally — even when you consciously try to change them.
Family Constellations offers a way to explore what may be happening beneath the surface and how your family system may be connected to the patterns you experience today.

We begin with a specific situation, relationship or pattern you would like to explore.
Using figurines, we create a visual representation of your family system. This allows us to explore relationships, roles and dynamics from a different perspective and notice connections that may not have been obvious before.
Through guided exploration and carefully chosen sentences, we work with what emerges during the constellation.
The intention is not to change other people — but to gain a deeper understanding of your own place, patterns and relationships within the family system.
Family Constellations is a complementary practice for personal reflection and self-exploration. It does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

Min allra första session i familjekonstellation var en stark och berörande upplevelse för mig. Det som kändes svårt att sätta ord på blev plötsligt tydligt – mönster, relationer och känslor visade sig utan att jag behövde analysera eller förstå allt med huvudet.
Karen använde Playmobil-figurer under sessionen, vilket gjorde att jag kände mig trygg direkt och kunde se min situation utifrån på ett enkelt men djupt sätt. Trots att jag aldrig tidigare gått i den här typen av terapi upplevde jag snabbt klarhet och insikter. Jag lämnade sessionen med en känsla av lättnad och större förståelse för mig själv och min situation .

I participated in a family constellation session using Playmobil figures as representatives of my family, and it was a very special experience. Through this simple and visual approach, I was able to understand deep family dynamics that I had not seen before. The session gave me clarity about the issue I brought to the consultation and a sense of inner order that is hard to explain. I had many confusions about my family and my relationship with them, and Karen supported me in learning how to see them from a different perspective.
